Full time front office position for a busy medical practice.
Requires good interpersonal skills and excellent telephone communication skills.
Job duties include scheduling, registering and check patients in/out.
Filing charts and reports.
Checking insurance coverage and relating balances and collecting co-pays.
Calling patients to remind and confirm appointments.
Incoming and out going faxes
Accurate paper and electronic filing skills needed.
Computer skills essential.
Speaking Spanish is a plus.
Neatness counts.
Front desk needs to be covered 745 am till at least 6 pm. Mon- Fri.
Shift hours 745 am till 4 pm and 930 am till 6 pm.
May vary based on work load.
Hourly wage $13.50 entry level, up to $17.50 based on experience.
Office offers health insurance plan, dental, annual leave, retirement, and Aflac.
