Accounts Payable Staff

Responsible for all company payments activities to verify invoice, process payment accurately and on time, maintain payable information and prepare the government related documents.

Essential Job Functions:

• Verify and apply proper GL codes on invoices in the account payable system including match invoice to inventory matching system.

• Organizes Bandai's invoices and distributes correspond department for approval.

• Verify & Approve Expense Reports.

• Prepares all company payment by check, wire transfer and Ach payments.

• Communicate with vendors and employees to answers their inquiries.

• Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.

• Perform the month end balancing between Account Payable vs. General ledger record.

• Prepare the government related reports such as DE542(EDD) and 1099-MISC

• Setup and Maintain Vendor & Employee Profile

• Maintain daily exchange rate in the system

• Check statements from vendors to make sure the payment is up to date

• Prepares the monthly accrue list for financial preparation.

• Assist to reconcile the prepaid airfare and corp. credit card transactions.

• Assists with accounts payable and special projects, as necessary.

• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.

Solid A/P experience.
Experience with complex ERP systems required
Ability to interact with all personnel levels inside & outside of Bandai
2 years of experience
