Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Clerk to join our team! As our Front Desk Clerk, you will be tasked with managing our patients files making sure they are up to date, requesting medical records, confirming medical appointments, and all other regular duties a front desk in the medical industry would have. You will be responsible for reviewing attendance sheet for our patients, creating schedules, and ordering supplies as needed. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service and leadership and a positive attitude, but experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement both short and long-term goals for the company
• Set a service standard and lead by example, providing exceptional customer service to all guests
• Work closely with the rest of the team to provide the highest level of customer service
• Coordinate with staff and the community to create partnerships and host events

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience desired but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
