The impact you will make:

The Occupational Therapy Tech provides support for Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants in Intermountain’s Occupational Therapy services.

  • Performs important responsibilities that support Occupational Therapy Services for
  • Helps occupational therapy clients by preparing the treatment area, supporting the patient, caring for, cleaning and organizing the equipment, and materials; and helping patients and parents complete occupational therapy assignments.
  • Works closely and takes directions from Occupational Therapy providers, assisting during treatment sessions and other clinic duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with referral sources, community stakeholders, Intermountain staff, children, and families.
  • Assures that quality services are provided to clients and that the daily duties of the clinic are completed as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred one year of experience working in a health care setting such as a CNA, care giver, rehab technician, etc.
  • Other combinations of education and experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a valid Montana Driver’s License.
