Job Title: HVAC Installer

Job Description: We are currently recruiting a highly motivated and enthusiastic HVAC Installer to work in the Treasure Valley area with commercial/residential experience.

Applicants must have HVAC installation experience or willing to learn, clean driving record, and basic hand tools for the job.

This position will report to the Install manager and General Manager.

Position is full-time with benefits after the probationary period. A retention bonus is offered as well. Pay is competitive DOE

Duties: Work well in team environment. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Possess a valid driver's license. Work safely with wide range of hand and power tools. Climb ladders. Work off of and operate aerial lifts. Work on roofs. Endure periods of standing, stooping, bending, lifting, and crawling. Lift 75 lbs consistently and 55 lbs overhead. Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE. Operate vehicles and lift equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
