We are looking for Production Team Members who enjoy working with a diverse and talented manufacturing team. A great Production team member is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have the willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency.

The Swing Shift schedule is .

Job duties may include:

• Pulling orders from pick list
• Maintaining inventory by identifying, labeling, and sorting materials
• Operating manufacturing equipment (as applicable per position)
• Inspecting product and materials to ensure quality
• Following all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
• Assisting in other work areas when the workload permits or is needed
• Maintaining work areas, machinery, and tools in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion

What you will need to have:

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Be 18 years of age or older
• One year of general labor, manufacturing, or production experience
• Great work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work and communicate well within a team
