Title: Business System Analyst
Location: Des Moines, IA MUST be onsite
Duration: 1 year+
Description of the role:
- Gather requirements for the Pharmacy Benefit Management platform
- Elicit high-level and detailed functional and non-functional business requirements by using a variety of elicitation techniques in multiple project contexts.
- Write detailed user stories in an agile methodology, facilitate refinement of stories, and prioritization.
- Define requirement for enterprise wide, cross functional, and complex projects that involve multiple business areas and several integration points.
- Utilize SDLC knowledge and understanding of technology, systems environments, and enterprise architecture to deliver technology solutions
- Support Product Owner in requirements needed for features and prioritization of work for the delivery team
Requirements:
- Strong requirement elicitation, definition, prioritization experience.
- Experience working in an agile environment with agile tools (Azure DevOps, Epic, Feature, User Story writing) and processes (standups, refinements, sprint planning, iteration planning).
- Sound experience with requirements elicitation techniques with varying stakeholders
- Experience in a scale agile environment is a plus
