Carpenter (Rough & Finish)

Bayliss Boatworks is currently hiring from ALL INDUSTRIES to join us on our mission to build the best custom sportfishing yachts in the world.

We are looking for skilled, enthusiastic carpenters for our new construction crews and service yard! At our facility in Wanchese, our carpenters operate in four main areas: hull construction, exterior carpentry, interior carpentry and boatyard carpentry. Qualified candidates will have general to advanced woodworking experience, be self-motivated, ready to learn new skills, and have a knack for details. If you have experience working with radius and curved surfaces, that’s a definite plus!
