Vice President of Lending

1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for a new addition to its Senior Management Team a Vice President of Lending located at our RH Scott Branch location in Great Falls, MT. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing the daily operations of all Lending functions, including Consumer, Real Estate, Participation and Indirect lending and all aspects of collections. Develop, recommend, implement and administration of credit union wide lending and collection policies, procedures and business goals. Directs the activities of all Lending and collection personnel and oversees their work responsibilities and ensuring proper training. Assist with our credit union regulatory agencies and other financial organizations. Assist in learning Budget and Forecasting Model along with back up to Financial Preparation.
