LOCATION: Swainsboro, GA (in person); MONARCH Program

Program Summary: Working with mental health and developmental disabled clients teaching and educating skills building, daily living skills, and self-sufficient behaviors in a group setting.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Candidates will...

  1. Complete duties in the clinic such as helping with facilitating groups, learning, and driving van routes.
  2. Monitor a case load for proper documentation and expiration dates.
  3. Complete daily note writing and documentation pertaining to group skills.
  4. Be the backup building safety officer.
  5. Communicate accurate information to others in a professional and courteous manner; conveys a willingness to assist.
  6. Treat individuals with respect, courtesy, and tact; listen to individuals; and interact with individuals as a person while maintaining business relationships.

Requirements/Preferences:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent documentation,
  • Ability to follow directions,
  • Intermediate computer skills,
    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel preferred,
  • Experience with general office duties,
    • 1+ year(s) of clerical/secretarial/administrative experience, preferred, but not required.
