DELIVERY COURIER - PLAZA

JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSABILITIES:

The delivery courier is responsible for coordinating and delivering medications to homes in compliance with law provisions and corporate standards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Always ensure the safety and integrity of medications. This includes maintaining temperature parameters for medications that require it.
• Protect the patient's health information by not leaving medication packages unattended and identifying the individuals to whom delivery is made.
• Call the patient and/or authorized representative to notify them of the delivery.
• Call the patient and/or authorized representative to clarify any doubts about how to reach or access the home.
