Multi-Family Installer

DeWaard & Bode, Whatcom, and Skagit county's largest, local appliance and mattress retailer are hiring! This employee will be part of a crew that works remotely at contracted job sites to deliver and install major appliances in condos/apartments in the greater Seattle area (Skagit, Snohomish, and King County). The Multi-Family Install Crews travel to contracted job sites in company vehicles and in some cases are requested to stay overnight in company-provided accommodations. As this role does require travel, this role provides compensation for travel time.

The job is a minimum of 40 hours/week working Monday - Friday!

Compensation for this position starts at $24/hour. Pay range is $24-30.

Responsibilities:

• Complete appliance installs in a timely fashion
• Deliver, install, and connect appliances for customers.
• Load and unload appliances from a truck
• Test installations to ensure they work.
• Helps deliver items from a central store or warehouse,

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Pass a drug test
• Clean Drivers Record
