Primary Responsibility:

Ensure efficient operation of the auto-packer machine.

What You’ll Do:

  • 5S Compliance: Maintain cleanliness of the machine, floors, desks, and fans.

  • Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot the auto-packer and assist with gluer set-up.

  • Case Sealer: Manage setup, tape replenishment, and troubleshooting.

  • Material Handling: Supply corrugated materials during machine runs.

  • Quality Control: Assist in the sampling of products to ensure quality.

  • Machine Interface: Manage electronic control panels and maintain pace with high-speed equipment.

  • Tool Management: Keep tools in proper places; return borrowed tools promptly.

  • Downtime Utilization: Perform setup or cleaning tasks during machine downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED required; 1-3 months related experience or training preferred.

  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency and ability to use relevant software.

  • Mechanical Skills: Necessary mechanical ability and skills.

  • Language: Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

  • Math: Competent with basic arithmetic, fractions, decimals, and measurements.

  • Physical: Ability to walk, stand, handle tools, reach, climb, twist, and lift 25-75 pounds regularly.

  • Attendance: Must report to work on time and be available for overtime if necessary.

  • Work Environment: Adaptability to a dusty atmosphere with loud noise; may require protect

Commitment and Availability:

Regular attendance and punctuality are fundamental requirements. You must also be available for overtime work when necessary.
