We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals with experience in the health and wellness industry to join our Stretch Zone team! Stretch Zone is the leading brand and educator of practitioner-assisted stretching in the nation. Our innovative stretching techniques were built to provide performance and quality of life enhancement modalities.

The role is for someone who is working as a PT Assistant, or who wishes to pursue that profession. You would be a Stretch Practitioner at Stretch Zone, learning a deep technical skill set for how the body works. You would be the main representative of the team and the services we provide. The Stretch Practitioner builds relationships with our clients and tailors sessions to fit our clients goals and needs. The ideal candidate should be dependable, outgoing, health conscious, loves to work in a great culture, and is excited to work one-on-one with clients, as you help them achieve their physical goals specific to pain management, improved flexibility and range of motion, or simply overall wellness!

If selected, all trainees go through a week of training in which they learn and are certified in our technique and modalities.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will apply our proven, safe, and effective stretching modality which will align with the clients' goals, in order to build an ongoing relationship with the client
• Greet clients in a friendly manner
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Contribute to store cleanliness and appearance
• Utilize online software to review client history and notes prior to performing stretching protocols consistent with client goals
• Document notes following each client visit
• Assist clients with accounts and scheduling needs by using our online software
• Assist with answering phones, checking voicemails, and returning calls
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in Science preferred
• Prior experience in the health and wellness industry, i.e., personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic, pilates or yoga instructor, etc., OR degree in Exercise/Sports Science or Kinesiology
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Flexologist or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Must pass our training and certification in order to become Stretch Zone certified
