Job Description
Our Integrated Care Therapist will receive a competitive sign on bonus!
Location: Georgetown Health Source and our Mt. Orab office location: 710 N. High Street Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154
Degree Required: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
License Required: LSW, LPC, or MFT - Must be licensed in the state of Ohio
License Preferred: LISW, LPCC, IMFT, CDCA
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours) Part-Time (25 hours or less) or Piecework available
Our Mental Health Therapist will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy/counseling to youth, families, and adults in the Georgetown Healthsource offices and our Mt. Orab outpatient facility. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to assist clients in meeting their treatment needs.
Our Therapists conduct risk and diagnostic assessments and develop/implement individual service plans. You may also provide crisis intervention when needed. Participate in and facilitate treatment team meetings with youth, families, and adults.
