Restaurant Server / Bartender

Pocono Farms Country Club is hiring for both Full Time and Part Time Restaurant Server / Bartender positions!

Pocono Farms, located in Tobyhanna, PA, is a year-round, private, recreation-oriented community. Our Servers / Bartenders assist members and guests within our Clubhouse and outdoor Grill / Snack Bar. Our team members enjoy a competitive hourly rate (with tips), plus several benefits and perks including, discounted golf rates and gym membership!

Job duties include:

• Providing information to help guests with their food and beverage selections.
• Preparing and cooking food and beverage items as needed.
• Presenting ordered food and beverage choices.
• Ensuring Members and guests have an excellent dining experience upon each visit.
• Assisting off-site caterers who may be called in for fundraisers, golf tournaments and other events, with table set-up and break-down as needed.

Qualifications:

• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with a clear ability to positively interact with Members and co-workers.
• Ability to multi-task.
