Job Description:

As an Expo Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. Your primary responsibility is to deliver top-notch service, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere of our establishment.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Proven experience as a Food Expeditor or in another relevant restaurant position.
• Well-organized with the ability to lead and direct people.
• Outstanding coordination and multi-tasking abilities.
• A customer-oriented approach.
• Great physical endurance.
• Food handling certification may be required according to legal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Expo Position Summary: The Expo role maintains a smooth workflow between the kitchen and server staff.
• Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority.
• Assist in the final preparation of dishes.
• Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
• Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assist in cleaning.
• Transfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff (e.g., when a customer has a particular request).
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to work Holidays

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
