CNC Mills Machinist Key Responsibilities:- Setup and Operation of CNC vertical machining centers
- Setup and Operation of horizontal lathes
- MDI (Manual Data Input) programming, using
- Inspection using manual gauges and instruments
- Understanding of GD&T and ability to read 2-D drawings
- Monitor an inspect the part throughout the machining process
- Observe all company quality and safety procedures
- Communicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issues
- Participates in Lean manufacturing events
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
- Setup CNC Machines experience required
- Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
- Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environment
- Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
- Great communication skills
- Overtime availability
CNC Mills Machinist Schedule: Monday - Friday 6 AM - 2:30 PM (Flexible schedule)
