  • Responsibilities:
  • Job duties include but not limited to: Season and cook food according to recipes using personal judgment and experience.
  • Ensure the appropriate presentation and quality of dishes is served.
  • Properly store and rotate food.
  • Organize food storage and kitchen equipment.
  • Interact with guests, helping with any questions or concerns regarding food items or service.
  • Consult with management to organize the execution of catering, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs.

Grill Responsibilities:
  • Sets up, stocks and continually listens for direction from the "sell" personnel.
  • Maintains station cleanliness.
  • Responsible for the proper grilling and frying of all products.
  • Read and speak English.
  • Provides support to Sell position.
  • Helps put away food/beverage deliveries.
  • Stocks ingredients, baskets, cups, etc.
  • Make sure grills and ranges are working properly at all times.
  • Smiles and has fun or has the courtesy to quit.

Prep Responsibilities:
  • When arriving at work, walk around the building and parking lot and clean up trash.
  • Take trash out.
  • Ensures all recipes are made correctly, according to the recipe book.
  • Preps ingredients from managers
  • Prep List each day.
  • Maintains station cleanliness.
  • Works fast to keep items prepped and stocked for cook.
  • Uses all equipment safely and according to the manufacturer's requirements.
  • Maintains walk-in cooler, freezer and all storage areas, keeping them clean, neat and organized.
  • Helps bus tables when needed.
  • Is knowledgeable about all menu items.
  • Helps put away food/beverage deliveries.
  • Provides support to "front line."
  • Smiles and has fun, or has the courtesy to quit.
