Full-Time and Part-Time Direct Care Worker Evenings, and Overnights

We are seeking Direct Care Workers (no license needed, we can train in house!), to join our team at our assisted living facility! You will work alongside other professionals to provide exceptional care to our residents.

We are currently looking for PART-AND FULL-TIME PMs, and NOC employees at our Hutchinson location. Please join our team as we serve our residents with a commitment to compassion, excellence, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the nurse to provide ongoing patient care
• Ensure residents maintain physical, mental, and dietary health
• Communicate resident health status to other medical personnel
• Medication administration and set up
• Resident documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in patient care or other medical fields preferred but not necessary
• Experience with medication administration preferred but not necessary
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Ability to build rapport with residents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
