Job Summary
North County Soccer Park (NCSP) Referees are an essential part of what makes us great. They provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for Adult league playershelping to ensure a great customer experience while promoting sportsmanship and fair play, per indoor-specific soccer rules of play.
Referees will be scheduled for specific Arena Leagues on either the Stadium Arena (6v6) or Mini Arena (4v4/3v3). Each night/league has consistent, year-round scheduling. Shifts can be anywhere from 2-5 games, which depends on league size and season.
Referees need to be professional, great communicators, organized, manage stressful situations and of course customer friendly.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet teams while entering the field
- Adhere to strict soccer and safety rules for arena league players while following company policies
- Assist league players on understanding rules specific to arena soccer
- Manage games professionally and consistently to the standards of NCSP
- Provide an exceptional league experience for players and spectators
- Performs his or her job in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner at all times
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Adult League referee (Indoor or Outdoor) is preferred, any certifications or licenses ideal
- Must be able to communicate clearly with Management and with League Players
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 4 hours)
