Dental Regional Manager

We are a dynamic and cutting-edge national dental consulting company looking to bring in THE BEST Dental Consultant that lives in AZ, NV, ID, UT, MI.

Much of our work is virtual, but-- we do travel! AND WE FREAKING LOVE IT!! And we need a ROCKSTAR to join our team as our next Dental Consultant! We will ONLY hire an individual within the states of AZ, NV, UT, ID, MI, and please note that we travel NATIONWIDE, so you will be required to travel out of state for offices!

We are looking for a consultant who….

• Has a proven track record of exponentially growing dental practices
• Can lead team and dentists by their KPIs
• Is goal driven
• Can coach dentists to become leaders
• Can lead and manage team meetings and one on ones
• Has experience in billing, running AR reports, adjustments, claims, etc.
• Has Increased team morale
• Can increase TX acceptance
• Can convince people to change - is the real challenge of consulting!
• Have trained teams
• Excellent communication skills
• We want mad COO skills!
