Job Description:
If you said yes to the questions above then this may be the role for you! Individuals with experience in retail, an interest in painting and DIY projects, and/or who enjoy working with people are encouraged to apply! Our knowledgeable pioneers help guide our customers in their decisions and ensure that they have the tools and information to successfully complete their projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
  • Placing orders for paints, stains and sundries as needed with the appropriate vendors
  • Building new and developing existing relationships with customers
  • Assisting customers in picking out the appropriate finish for their project (walls, furniture, porches, etc.)
  • Providing instruction to customers on how to successfully complete their project
  • Ensuring shelves are adequately and properly stocked to provide a positive shopping experience to our customers
  • Answering phones and helping customers throughout the store with a variety of questions
