Human Performance Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Smartabase applications for the OHWS program.
• Collaborate with sport science and data analytics teams to create efficient and effective data management and portrayal tools.
• Interface with key stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Perform client support including troubleshooting, testing, and reporting technical issues related to Smartabase implementation.
• Organize and document software development processes for transparency and future reference.
• Analyze data to provide insights leading to increased customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Smartabase application development and customization.
• Strong background in sport science, data analytics or related fields.
• 1+ years’ experience working with high performance organizations and Smartabase.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Detail-oriented organizational skills with a focus on thorough documentation.
• Exceptional MS Office/Suite skills
• Programming experience in open-source data tools including R, Python, etc. (preferred)
• Government/Military clearance (preferred)
