Dishwasher

Pocono Farms Country Club is searching for a Full-Time/Part-Time Dishwasher to join their team. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Pocono Farms is a busy country club offering full ala carte grill / pub, banquet, and special events menus for guests. This is a year-round, hands-on position with growth potential for the right individual.

Job Duties Include:

• Ensure dishes are sanitized and available as needed.
• Always keep sanitation solution up to local code standards.
• Set up / close dish machine according to established procedures.
• Maintain daily cleanliness of dish machine and surrounding areas.
• Wash plates, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Replace clean plates on specified shelves.
• Keep garbage cans empty and replace with clean garbage bags.
• Keep kitchen area clean by sweeping and mopping floors.
• Clean and sanitize throughout shift.
• Keep Head Chef and Sous Chef promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with other employees to foster and promote a cooperative working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef
