CNC Operator

The CNC Operator position is now OPEN!

Our Production and Machining department is now seeking additional Machine and CNC Operators. This position is full-time, paying between $20-$32/hr based on experience, located in Roseville, and offering a 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday shift.

The CNC Operator is responsible for producing precision machining parts through the use of CNC machines and will be part of the production team. This is a full-time role with room for career advancement.

Responsibilities;

• Operate CNC machines as part of the production team
• Load, unload, and secure workpieces
• Select and modify cutting parameters
• Set up, program, and deploy machine runs
• Utilize calipers and measuring instruments to ensure products meet quality standards
• Monitor machine performance and quality of product
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Examine finished product for defects
• Perform preventive maintenance checks

Requirements;

• A minimum of 2-3 years’ prior experience operating CNC machinery
• Experience programming/setting up machines
• Must be able to understand blueprints, schematics and drawings
• Able to work well with others AND take direction well
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift between 25-50lb as needed, and stand or sit for long periods
