Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring that all electrical and instrument systems and structures are designed in accordance with government regulations and quality standards are maintained at an optimal level. The work performed must be complete, accurate, and adhere to drawing specifications and practical design methods. Additionally, the individual in this role is expected to develop and maintain proficiency and competency in the application of engineering principles, instrument/electrical designing, and analysis and development of electrical and instrument systems.
Qualifications
Solid comprehension of piping design using CADWorx Pipe software. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of specifications, installation details, and formulation of bulk material and equipment document.
Education/License
With over 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation design, a degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred), and relevant experience in mechanical/piping drafting and design for industrial markets.
