IT Support Engineer - MSP

We are looking for an IT Technician for a Managed Service Provider.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance/Installation of operating systems, network systems, software, and hardware
• Monitor system operations to detect potential problems
• Implement network systems to support communication between all departments
• Collaborate with a technical team developing and improving best practices
• Provide quality assurance review of new and existing software products

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in information technology
• Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Required Skills:

• Windows 2012/2016/2019 Server
• Technology troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Windows administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, routers, switches, firewalls, Domains, DNS, DHCP, Subnetting, and working with ISPs.
• Enthusiastic personality and strong work ethic

Preferred Experience:

• Office 365/Azure
• Virtualization (VMWare, Microsoft)
• General knowledge of Linux OS is a plus but not required
• Strong Verbal and communication skills.
• Well-organized and Customer Service skills

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
