We are seeking an innovative and engaging Banquet Sous Chef to join a high-end hotel near Daytona Beach, FL. This chef will provide direct oversight to all banquet and catering operations while streamlining efficiency across the brand. Ideally, this chef will have experience in hotel events and catering. This opportunity is ideal for an innovative chef to join an industry-leading group of professionals in a picturesque setting.
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (Commensurate with experience) + bonus, health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, and a healthy work-life balance.
Relocation expenses will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
