We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Office Referral Coordinator Assistant. As a Medical Office Referral Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in dental receptionist or medical administrative support to further their career in the healthcare industry.

Duties:

- Schedule appointments and manage the medical scheduling system

- Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records

- Assist with medical billing and insurance verification processes

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion

- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

- Assist with room set up and prep

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred

- Proficient in using various computer systems and software, including eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems
