Restaurant Manager

Become a member of an upbeat restaurant management team. We're currently looking for individuals with a passion for the hospitality industry, skilled in customer service, training employees and maintaining quality food, service and a clean work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all front of the house employees
• Oversee guest services and ensure a wonderful experience
• Ensure a high quality of service training and hospitality
• Oversee that all drinks and menu items are presented in the proper "Marfa" way
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in full service restaurant service
• Strong desire to mentor and lead by example
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
