Wage: 

  • Competitive salary
  • 90k - 110k/year

 

Hours:

  • Full time

Duties of the electrical engineering manager:

  • Develop, implement, and execute engineering strategies.
  • Supervise the engineering team with a focus on hiring, training, and performance appraisal.
  • Provide technical expertise for product order planning.
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
  • Manage continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and manage the engineering budget.
  • Document and communicate project status to management.

 

Requirements of the electrical engineering manager:

  • Previous engineering experience or equivalent schooling.
