At Hudson Valley Bookkeeping, Inc., we pride ourselves on providing top-notch financial services to our clients. We're currently seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our dedicated team. 

If you have at least one year of experience working with QuickBooks Online / QuickBooks Desktop, or if you have expertise in Medical Billing, Inventory, Mortgage Processing, or as a Bank Teller, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Post transactions in the general ledger

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements

• Prepare financial reports and statements

• Assist with payroll processing

• Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop 

OR 1 year of experience in 

• Medical Billing 

• Inventory

• Mortgage Processing

• Bank Teller

- Minimum of 1 year working in an office environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
