Accounting Data Entry Clerk
A leading full-service environmental remediation and demolition firm is looking for an Accounting Data Entry Clerk. You will play a key role in both day-to-day accounting activities as well as direct involvement in payroll processing. Great candidates have a client-focused, positive attitude and the ability to work well in a high-volume environment and possess strong communication skills.
Location: Simi Valley
Salary: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
This a full-time, temp-to-hire position
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure accurate data entry into accounting software
- Perform account reconciliation
- Communicate with internal personnel about all matters relating to accounting
- Manage accounting documents
- Assist with general office duties, such as phones, filing, mailing, and other administrative tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with QuickBooks online
- Basic data entry skills
- Experience with accounts receivables
- Experience working in an office
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- General office skills – answering emails, processing invoices, talking over the phone, etc.
