What you will do:

- Perform maintenance and repair on diesel engines, industrial equipment, and vehicles such emergency vehicles, other speciality vehicles and other heavy duty trucks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of diesel engines and related components.
- Repair or replace faulty parts, such as brakes, suspensions, transmissions, and fuel systems.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.

What you need to have:

- Proven experience as a Diesel Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, industrial equipment, and automotive diagnostics.
- Familiarity with various engine types, including Cummins engines.
- Ability to work with machinery and other heavy equipment.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting when required.
- Proficiency in brake repair and suspension systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
