Spring Consulting Group, an Alera Group Company, LLC, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join its growing team. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the marketing department, building and facilitating strategy and supporting overarching business development objectives through multi-faceted marketing tactics.
The Senior Marketing Manager will be expected to:
- Create and implement an annual marketing strategy and plan
- Provide strategic leadership around social media, targeted campaigns, SEO, event strategy, strategic partnerships, and other areas
- Build and manage creative lead generation initiatives
- Establish, manage and adhere to an annual marketing budget
- Develop, refine, and report on marketing metrics to illustrate performance
- Work closely with consultants to help them achieve their business development goals
- Assist with RFPs and new business proposals on an as-needed basis
- Oversee content calendar
- Provide writing support for content, awards submissions, conference presentations, press, and other communications needs
- Serve as internal communications lead
- Peer review written communications, as needed
- Assist with client deliverables as needed (e.g., newsletters, collateral, formatting, etc.)
- Work within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) on emails, campaigns, and reporting
- Provide management and leadership services to direct report (Marketing Specialist)
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in b2b
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong writing and communications skills
- Project management experience
- Leadership experience
- Creative problem solving skills
- A detail and data-oriented mindset
- The ability to collaborate across teams
- Nice to have:
- Healthcare and/or insurance experience
- Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) experience
