Great opportunity to form part of a fast-growing company, currently seeking Material Handlers & experience personnel for Shipping and receiving for a beauty health company in Long Beach, CA. This position is long- term, temp to hire.
Duties:
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, cherry pickers, stand-up reach, and other material handling equipment
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, PPE and OSHA regulations
Qualifications:
-Experienced with Stand-up Reach, Cherry Picker, EPJ Pallet Jack(required) (Bendi)
- Previous experience as a material handler or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a requirement
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, counting and inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 2-3 Years of previous Warehouse, Distribution or 3PL experience Required
- Previous ERP and/or WMS preferred (SAP a PLUS!)
- Forklift Experience Required
- Must be able to speak, read and write English
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs
- Basic Math Skills required.
- Microsoft Office experience such as Word, Excel, and Email
