Direct Hire Front End Loader Position

- Heavy Equipment operator experience required
- Capability of being cross trained to operate mobile and wood yard equipment
- Troubleshooting and analyzing bark production and quality as it relates to optimal operation of the Energy Plant.
- Load trucks with bark.
- Manage 'housekeeping' expectations at all times in all plant areas.
- Thorough and complete adherence to the MDF Plant Quality Management System (QMS).
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards of quality.
- Comfortable with 'numbers,' basic mathematical calculations and measurements of bark inventory.
- Exhibit, promote and enforce all company safety expectations and requirements at all times.
