Physician / Family Practice / Washington / Permanent / Family Medicine Physician Position Near Spokane, WA Job

A critical access hospital near Spokane is seeking a family practitioner to take over a solo clinic practice from a retiring physician. The clinic is located in a brand new building with a heliport, 16-slice CT scan, ultrasound, labs, and X-ray on-site. The hospital owns a house nearby for the physician when on call. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This is a 98% outpatient position, and you will have 1 weekend a month of ER call for a small ER that sees 1000 patients per year, and 1 night a week on primary care call. The facility requires that you be board certified or board eligible. If you do not currently hold a license in WA, CompHealth has a licensing team that can assist you with the process and application. Current residents and fellows are encouraged to apply.
