We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of business. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the insurance industry, including the various nuances of commercial lines, property, and casualty endorsements. The candidate will be responsible for providing unparalleled customer service, risk management, policy analysis, and generating proposals.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and service a book of commercial lines of business.
2. Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage, ensuring they are adequately insured.
4. Analyze and interpret policies, endorsements, and proposals to ensure they meet clients' needs.
5. Assist in the renewal process by preparing renewal submissions and proposals.
6. Issue certificates of insurance and manage all documentation accurately and efficiently.
7. Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to provide sound risk management advice.
9. Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, specifically with property and casualty endorsements.
2. A strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
3. Proven experience in policy analysis and proposal generation.
4. Exceptional customer service skills, with a client-first mindset.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in using insurance software and digital tools.
8. A valid Property and Casualty license
9. Professional insurance designation (CPCU, CIC, CRM, etc.) preferred.
