Shall: *** Install High Volume Bakery Automated Handling & Packaging equipment and communicate necessary information to client to operate machine. *** Diagnose faulty mechanical and electrical components of machines. *** Repair and rebuild mechanical systems equipment & components. *** Document work for billing and maintenance records.
