What’s a typical day as an Inventory Control Specialist? You’ll be:
  • Reviewing completed work orders to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Verifying documentation accuracy and completeness.
  • Updating inventory records and entering relevant information into computer systems.
  • Closing out completed work orders and archiving necessary information.
  • Collaborating with production teams and stakeholders to address issues and inventory discrepancies.
  • Assisting with inventory counts and participating in process improvement initiatives.
  • Generating reports summarizing work order closure activities.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess 1 year of experience in a warehouse inventory or order management.
  • Have proactive attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records.
  • Are an effective communicator and can work well with diverse team members.
