CNC Mill Operator
Schedule: 4x10 - Mon-Thurs, 6:00am-4:30pm - OT Available!
Pay - $20.00-$24.00/Hour (DOE)

Description
This position is responsible for setting up and running, and taking ownership for parts made, on the Manual Mill prototrak controls and CNC Mill. The milline department contains manual mills and HAAS VF2, HAAS VF6, HAAS TM3p.

What’s the Job?

• Setup and run Manual Mill with prototrak controls
• Setup, program and run a CNC Mill.
• Monitor parts to ensure they are meeting dimensional and drawing tolerances.
• Take individual ownership for the CNC Mill in relation to troubleshooting error codes and regular maintenance items; Total Preventative Maintenance.

What’s Needed?

• Must have HAAS Mill experience.
• Must be able to interpret blueprints, sketches and engineering specifications.
• Ability to inspect work, troubleshoot and recommend optimal cutting tools.
• Ability to hold prints to tolerance and attention to details to ensure the accuracy of the parts
• Ability to train others on the Mill as needed.
