FCSAmerica is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer. You will be asked to collaborate with business and technology teams to improve quality and stability across products and services. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing strategies to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions. Within this role you will leverage automation to create efficient test scripts and perform regression testing to identify risks and interdependencies prior to releases to minimize impact on business operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Design and develop testing solutions and automation to promote confidence in solutions.

  • Design and execute test plans and test cases for larger multi-component products across multiple resources and parallel development tracks.
  • Analyze business requirements and design documents for completeness and testability to mitigate risks.
  • Identify and track defects, perform root cause analysis and collaborate with technology teams to resolve issues.

Serve as a technical champion for quality assurance practices.

  • Provide technical expertise and support on key initiatives for the quality and correctness of solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of quality assurance guidance and testing strategies.
  • Participate in the selection, support and maintenance of testing automation tools, including the development of technical documentation and guidance.
Education Requirements
  • Preferred, 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree, Software Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or another relevant field required
Years of Experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience with quality assurance strategies, test planning and design.
