Position Title: Fertilizer Unloader
Wage: $18/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm, Saturday 7am-12pm

Fertilizer Unloader Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate a W14 case pay loader to maneuver railroad cars over the unloading conveyor pit
- Oversee and facilitate the unloading process for bulk semi-trucks into the designated conveyor pit
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail throughout the unloading process
- Demonstrate reliability, conscientiousness, and self-motivation in all tasks
- Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) as part of daily responsibilities
- Utilize forklift experience or knowledge of operating equipment, if applicable
- Maintain daily contact with semi-truck drivers and provide pleasant and helpful assistance
- Willingness to work longer hours during the week and part-days on Saturdays
Fertilizer Unloader Requirements:
- Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks (up to 50lbs)
- Forklift experience or knowledge of operating equipment preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant, helpful personality
- Availability to work longer hours during the week and part-days on Saturdays
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Commitment to safety protocols and regulations
Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage with overtime pay (time and a half) for hours worked beyond 40 per week.
