RNC Field Supervisor

DEL-AIR Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical is a rapidly growing industry leader with seven locations serving Central Florida - Clermont, Davenport, Jacksonville, Melbourne, Sanford (headquarters), Sarasota, and Tampa.

Primary Responsibilities: Directs and coordinates activities of RNC installers to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits. Assists with plans, development and implement organizational policies and goals in the location as directed by the Branch Manager.

Specific Duties & Tasks:

• Coordinates activities of crews, to effect operational efficiency and economy. Resolves customer complaints regarding equipment, supplies and services with the assistance/support of the Branch Manager.
• Analyzes department budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made and allocates operating budget.
• Confers with the Branch Manager and reviews activities and costs to determine changes or improvements in current programs or operations required.
• Assists in maintaining costs at PDP levels for the area of responsibility assigned.
• Ensure developed production levels are achieved and maintained.
• Directly support subordinates through motivation, leadership, and technical know-how.
• Initiates Performance Reviews for subordinates as defined by policy.
• Ensures production output meets standards developed by location for completed jobs.
• Ensures the accuracy of the paperwork from subordinates
• Controls labor cost by ensuring the overtime mandate is achieved.
• Ensures that assigned jobs meet bid targets.

Qualifications:

• Have 3-5 years of residential HVAC field installation experience
• Have a valid Florida driver's license
• Be able to pass an extensive background check & drug Test
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
