Paint Shop Technician

3 DAY WEEKENDS/10 Hour Day Shifts

A local manufacturer in Southern Granville is seeking additional personal for the  Paint Shop.   You will be part of a team that requalifies and refurbishes DOT gas tube trailers.  In the paint shop you will prep and transform with a professional sprayer – metal surfaces.  Maintaining a clean and organized environment will also be an essential aspect of your role.  You will also cross-train across other departments.  Expect to assist in all areas of production and to jump in where needed. 

 

Job Highlights:

• Working in a shop environment, you will blast metal surfaces, prepping for painting
• Apply Caulk and Masking as necessary
• Utilize high-quality, professional spray-painting equipment to achieve a flawless, like-new finish.
• Maintain a clean and meticulously organized work environment
• This is an Evaluation to Hire Position allowing us to assess your suitability for a permanent role within the company.

Pay: $17.50/hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6AM – 4:30PM

• Dependable team player
• Strong Attention to Detail and pride in a job well done.
• Experience in general painting preferred, but not required for the motivated candidate.
• Flexibility and a desire to work where needed.
