Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Anaheim, CA
Hours: 7am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, DOE
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Inspector with a background in the Aerospace Industry. As a QC Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring they meet all regulatory and customer requirements. This position demands a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of aerospace industry standards and regulations.
Duties:
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and optical comparators..
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to ensure proper manufacturing techniques and processes are followed.
- Document inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions using established reporting procedures and quality management systems.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector in the aerospace industry, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards, including AS9100, AS9102, ISO 9001, and QMS.
- Experience with precision measuring tools and equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and proprietary data
