HB Staffing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Record transactions in the general ledger or other accounting system
- Prepare and send invoices/bills to clients; deposit funds into a bank
- Drive collections, answering invoice questions, identifying late invoices and identifying non-payment risk
- Set up new client billing relationships in compliance with vendor management systems
- Be persistent and pleasant in following up to ensure required actions are taken using a combination of carrot and stick to achieve results
- Write and respond to routine correspondence
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures
