Customer Service/Data Entry (Healthcare)

A large well-known Healthcare company is hiring an Intake Specialist candidate to join the team for a great long term opportunity in NE Portland!

Job Description:

• Answer calls from patients regarding their home medical equipment orders
• Insurance verification
• Data entry of call information
• Review daily order logs
• Verify patient information, prescription details, and shipping information for validity
• Cross reference data between internal and external systems
• Open reports in Excel, sort and filter data

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience providing customer service over the phone
• Familiarity with insurance verification and Healthcare experience is preferred
• 2+ months of experience performing data entry (in a call center setting preferred)
• Ability to use Excel to: open spreadsheets, sort data
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
